IT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Executive to manage day-to-day ERP-related activities, ensure accurate system entries, support users in resolving software issues, and maintain smooth ERP operations across departments and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform entry deletion in ERP as per authorized requests and company process.
- Handle entry editing/correction in ERP while ensuring data accuracy and proper approval.
- Create and maintain new masters in ERP such as customer, vendor, employee, product/item, transporter and other required masters.
- Handle day-to-day ERP complaints and user queries from different departments/sites.




- Identify ERP-related issues and coordinate with the IT/ERP team or software vendor for resolution.
- Track open complaints and ensure timely closure as per defined TAT.
- Verify system data and identify incorrect, duplicate or missing entries.
- Provide basic ERP guidance and support to users for day-to-day transactions.
- Maintain proper records of ERP changes, deletions, master creations and complaint resolutions.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, HR, Warehouse and other departments for ERP-related requirements.
- Ensure that all ERP modifications are carried out only after required authorization.
- Support ERP testing and implementation of new features, updates and process changes.
- Prepare basic ERP/MIS reports whenever required by management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in BCA / B.Sc. IT / B.Com / BBA / any relevant graduation.
- 0–1 years of experience in ERP Support / Software Support / IT Executive / ERP Executive role.
- Candidates with experience in Logistics, Transport, Warehouse or 3PL industry will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Tally / SAP / ERP / customized logistics software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
