- Troubleshoot and resolve Server related issues, including hardware and HIMS software problems.

- Provide technical support and assistance to employees with Hardware, HIMS Software, Networking related queries.

- Install, configure, and maintain Server, Computers, N-computings, Printers, CCTV and other computer systems.

- Conduct regular maintenance and updates of Server systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.

- Develop and implement procedures for Software / Server support and maintenance.

Job Requirements

- Robust knowledge of server, N-computing, Desktop systems, including Windows and macOS.

- Experience with Server, desktop hardware, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support to non-technical staff.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

- Familiarity with HIMS software and systems is an advantage.
