Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Recruiter with 2+ years of expertise in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, and handling multiple requirements across diverse industries and domains.

The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a solid understanding of recruitment life cycles for technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

IT Recruitment Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.

Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.

Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

Understand technical job descriptions and evaluate candidates accordingly.

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.

Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.

Ensure timely closures within defined TAT.

Non-IT Recruitment Responsibilities

Manage hiring for Non-IT roles such as HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Admin, Customer Support, Manufacturing, etc.





Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening and behavioral assessments.

Manage bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements.

Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.

Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.

Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.

Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience in contract, permanent, and bulk hiring.

Knowledge of market mapping and talent analytics.

Familiarity with recruitment compliance and documentation.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
