We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Process Excellence team in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and excellence, with 10-15 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

- Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change.

- Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and inform decisions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new processes and procedures.

- Provide training and coaching to team members on recent processes and procedures.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and make recommendations for further enhancements.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field,



preferably in retail or a similar industry.

- Strong understanding of process excellence principles and methodologies.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Experience with process improvement tools and technologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or Black Belt.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
