Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee daily operations of retail stores for efficient customer service and sales growth.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase loyalty.

- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide coaching.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes.

- Implement and maintain high standards of quality and customer service.

Job Requirements





- Proven experience in retail management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
