We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Health Manager to join our team in the Process Excellence department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and process excellence, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality in healthcare services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

- Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making.

- Design and implement new processes and procedures to enhance patient care and outcomes.

- Provide training and support to staff on recent processes and procedures.





- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new processes and make recommendations for further improvements.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including patient care, billing, and claims processing.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools.

- Qualification:Any Graduate.
