Overview We are looking for a hands-on iOS Developer with 2+ years of real-world development experience to join our team on a short-term contract. The ideal candidate should have experience working on production iOS applications and be able to contribute quickly to an existing codebase.

Candidates must have hands-on experience deploying and publishing iOS applications on the Apple App Store. Experience with mapping, location-based services, and API integrations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance features for an active iOS mapping application.
- Work closely with the existing development team to deliver features within timelines.
- Debug and resolve application issues, crashes, and performance problems.
- Integrate MapKit, Location Services, REST APIs , and other location-based services.
- Maintain and improve existing application functionality and code quality.
- Follow MVVM architecture and write clean, maintainable, production-ready code.




- Use Git and Xcode effectively for development and version control.
- Support testing, build generation, App Store submission, and release processes .
- Optimize application performance, stability, and responsiveness.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on iOS development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Swift and iOS SDK .
- Proven experience developing and maintaining production iOS applications .
- Mandatory: Experience deploying and publishing apps on the Apple App Store.
- Robust experience with MapKit and Location Services/Core Location .
- Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good knowledge of Xcode and Git .
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with MVVM architecture .
- Knowledge of Objective-C .
- Experience with iOS performance optimization.
- Ability to work with an existing codebase and contribute with minimal ramp-up time.
