- We are looking for a skilled Inward Manager to join our team in Chemasandra.

- The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and a strong background in inward operations, warehouse management, and inventory control.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee daily inward operations for efficient and timely product delivery.

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize losses and optimize storage space.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to goods receipt notes (GRN) and other operational discrepancies.

- Analyze data from various sources, including WMS/ERP and ROS, to identify trends and areas for improvement.





- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in inward operations, warehouse management, and inventory control.

- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, including GRN processing and inventory management software.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Effective communication and leadership skills, capable of managing and inspiring a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
