Role Description The Investment Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. The individual in this role will analyze financial markets, evaluate investment products, and support the development and implementation of investment strategies aligned with institutional and client goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quantitative and qualitative research, performing risk and return assessments, monitoring portfolio performance, and preparing transparent reports and presentations.

Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide investment recommendations,



ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives. The role also involves staying current with market trends, economic developments, and new financial instruments to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, assess risk, and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Professional knowledge of investments and finance, with experience in securities, portfolios, and financial instruments.
- Ability to design and evaluate investment strategies, aligning them with risk profiles, return objectives, and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience in investment management, including portfolio monitoring, performance measurement, and periodic rebalancing.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFM) are an advantage.
