Role: Investment Manager – Sales
Experience: 0–1+ Years
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline preferred
Location: Bangalore,Mumbai,Hyderabad
? Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end sales of vacant properties
- Conduct property/site visits with interested clients
- Manage negotiations with property owners and tenants
- Drive deal closures and achieve sales targets
- Generate leads through offline real estate networks
- Pitch Azuro's property management solutions to property owners
- Support property marketing activities to generate leads
- Maintain daily sales and activity records in CRM
- Assist with property documentation and necessary paperwork
? What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Hindi & English ; local language is an advantage
- Valuable customer relationship, sales and negotiation skills
- Energetic, confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
• 2-wheeler is mandatory as this is a field-sales role
- Freshers are welcome!
