Roles & Responsibilities

- Speak with customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain investment and financial products and their benefits.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer details and call records in CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build solid and long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Graduate.
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in Fintech, Mutual Funds, Loans, Credit Cards, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- Good English and communication skills.
- Good listening, convincing, and sales skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Work from office.
