Job Summary : Associate, Analytics | Open-End Funds

Key Responsibilities

- Produce recurring and ad hoc analyses on portfolio positions, exposures, liquidity, and performance for open-end strategy funds.

- Prepare and enhance reports covering performance metrics, risk analytics, portfolio characteristics, and liquidity profiles.

- Develop subject matter expertise in assigned open-end fund strategies, including fund structure and reporting conventions.

- Efficiently source, extract, and validate fund-level data using internal systems.

- Utilize Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to manage and analyze large datasets related to portfolio holdings and performance.

- Support automation of investor reporting and internal performance packages.

- Partner with technology teams to improve data integrity, scalability, and reporting efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Investment, Product, Investor Relations, Marketing, Accounting, IT, Compliance) to refine and deliver open-end fund reports.

- Contribute to process improvements for reporting accuracy and scalability.

Requirements





- 5+ years of experience in asset management, investment banking, or financial services.

- Strong knowledge of open-end fund structures and alternative investments.

- 3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

- CFA/CIPM candidates with at least one exam level passed.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) preferred.

Education
