Zoho Inventory – Mandatory

We are a Marine and Offshore Equipment Services Company looking for an Inventory & Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day inventory, procurement, warehouse operations, logistics, and basic financial reconciliation.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will work directly with navigation, communication, and marine equipment, ensuring everything is properly tracked, stored, documented, procured, and delivered.

If you are organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with ERP systems, and capable of managing operations without constant supervision, this role is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

Maintain accurate stock records, track equipment movements, conduct stock audits, and ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of marine equipment.
1. Procurement & Replenishment

Coordinate with suppliers for equipment and spare parts. Monitor stock levels and procurement requirements based on projects and service schedules.
1. Warehouse Management

Maintain an organized warehouse for quick and efficient retrieval. Monitor stock discrepancies, damaged items, obsolete inventory, and storage practices.
1. Logistics & Shipment Coordination

Manage inbound and outbound shipments. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agencies, and customs for timely delivery and complete documentation.
1. Zoho Inventory & Zoho Books

Use Zoho Inventory for stock management, item tracking, purchase orders, sales orders, transfers, and inventory reports. Use Zoho Books for financial entries, expense tracking, and basic reconciliation.

Financial & Inventory Reconciliation

Reconcile inventory records with financial data. Monitor procurement, logistics, and warehouse costs and flag discrepancies or variances.
1. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate records for inventory transactions, purchase documents, shipment paperwork, invoices, and related financial entries.
1. Vendor & Customer Coordination

Follow up with vendors on quotations, orders, deliveries, and supply issues. Support customers with order tracking, invoicing, and logistics coordination.
1. Reporting & Process Improvement

Prepare regular inventory, procurement, and logistics reports. Identify gaps in stock control and operational processes and proactively highlight them.

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year of direct hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory – Mandatory
- 1+ year of warehouse or inventory management experience
- 1+ year of logistics and shipment coordination experience
- 1+ year of procurement and vendor coordination experience
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books or accounting software
- Comfortable handling purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and vendor follow-ups
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Experience with marine, industrial, electrical, electronics, or technical equipment will be an advantage

- Zoho Inventory experience is non-negotiable.
