Role: Manage the end-to-end supply and inventory of Indu Ice Cream across Benne’s Mumbai outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment across outlets
- Coordinate with Indu for regular supply and deliveries
- Track stock movement, consumption and shortages
- Maintain accurate inventory records and MIS
- Monitor expiry, wastage and stock discrepancies
- Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure product availability
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in F&B;/QSR
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Valuable understanding of stock management and basic Excel/MIS
- Mumbai-based
- Must be comfortable communicating on Whatsapp
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
