Lakshsiddh Realty LLP (LSR) is a Pune-based real estate consulting firm engaged in residential and commercial property advisory, sales, and real estate investment opportunities. We work with property buyers, investors, and developers to provide suitable real estate solutions.

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated BBA students to join our team as Sales & Business Development Interns. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and business development.

The selected candidates will work closely with our sales team and gain practical exposure to the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through telecalling, follow-ups, and other business development activities.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain residential and commercial real estate projects to potential buyers.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate property site visits.
- Assist the sales team in converting enquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and update lead information in the CRM.
- Participate in property marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and client meetings.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.




- Achieve assigned targets for calls, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a BBA degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and the real estate industry.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to participate in client meetings and property site visits.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience is not required.
