- Handle calls with US Hospitals & Clinics
- Coordinate with Healthcare Providers
- Follow up for Medical Records
- Maintain Documentation & Call Logs
- Meet Client TAT

- 1+ Year International Voice Experience (Mandatory)
- Excellent English Communication
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Candidates with an employment gap of up to 4 months are eligible
- Candidates with a gap of more than 4 months are not eligible
