Job Overview

We are hiring candidates with relevant international taxation experience for an International Taxation Associate role in a blended Voice & Chat process at our Gurugram location.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer and client queries related to taxation processes, providing accurate information, maintaining documentation, and following established quality and compliance standards.

Candidates with prior taxation experience, international work experience, and good verbal and written communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer and client queries through inbound voice calls and chat channels.
- Assist customers with international taxation-related queries and processes.
- Provide accurate information in accordance with established process guidelines.
- Maintain professional and effective communication across voice and chat channels.
- Review, update, and maintain customer information and relevant documentation accurately.
- Follow defined quality standards, compliance requirements, and data confidentiality procedures.
- Meet assigned productivity, service quality, and performance targets.




- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department whenever necessary.
- Ensure a professional customer experience while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of international work experience.
- Prior taxation experience is mandatory.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle both voice and chat interactions.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Willingness to work from the office in Sector 30, Gurugram.
- Candidates available to join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.

Salary and Perks
- Monthly CTC: ₹35,000.
- Cab Facility: Both-side cab facility, subject to company policy and route availability.
- Working Days: 5 days per week.
