We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and result-oriented International Sales Specialist with strong experience in consultative selling, revenue generation, and global market development.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
4 Years Relevant experience in international sales across EMEA, APAC, and/or US markets
Strong expertise in consultative selling and solution-based sales
Excellent pipeline management, account planning, and sales forecasting skills
Proven ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to revenue conversion
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive CTC up to 8.5 LPA
20% performance-linked variable pay

Important Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with relevant international sales experience will be preferred.
Please note that candidates whose experience is primarily in domestic sales, content moderation/review, or non-voice processes will not be considered.
