Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Travel Consultant - International (Product) full time operations to manage end-to-end travel arrangements. This includes creating customized itineraries, contracting , costing , managing reservations, coordinating travel logistics for group tours including willing to travel .

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Well versed in various areas of travel (International, domestic group/individual etc.)
- Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and other travel vendors.
- Knowledge of VISA documentation
- Positive and sound knowledge of group costing and itinerary preparation.
- Negotiations with Flight, Hotel, Transport bookings.
- Help Plan Trips, Create Group Itinerary To Domestic Or International Destinations, Tours, Accommodation, Transport.
- Experience Of Domestic & International Package & Itinerary Is Must.
- End-to-End Operations: Manage logistics including flight bookings, hotel stay coordination, visa processing, and local transport arrangements.
- Experience with Senior CItizen Group tours will be added advantage
- Willing to travel along with group as Tour Leader

You will be responsible for end-to-end tour management, from crafting the perfect itinerary as Travel Consultant to accompanying our guest Group as a Tour Manager to exotic destinations worldwide.

Qualifications

- Strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills, with experience designing and advising on group itineraries.
- Hands-on expertise in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, and local transportation.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to support senior travelers with patience, empathy, and clarity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Prior experience in group tours or senior citizen travel is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality
