Process: Outbound Lead Generation – International Sales

Location: Thane West, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Inbound/Outbound Sales preferred

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 + Incentives

Shift: Fixed Night Shift

Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

About the Role

We are looking for an Outbound Lead Generation Executive to handle outbound calls with U.S. customers, generate and qualify sales leads, and support international sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, understand customer requirements, and confidently explain products and services. Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in a fixed night shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to U.S. customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.

Customer Engagement

- Explain products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally.





Sales Performance

- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
- Support international sales through effective customer communication and follow-ups.

Mandatory Requirements

- HSC / 12th pass or above.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and explain products and services effectively.
- Comfortable working a fixed night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Available to work from the office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Inbound/Outbound Sales.
- Candidates residing within 10 km of the office are preferred.

Salary & Incentives

- Salary up to ₹25,000.
