Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and source products and suppliers from international markets.

- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with overseas vendors.

- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, quotations, product specifications, and other commercial requirements.

- Follow up with suppliers for timely submission of required documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, MSDS, Product Catalogues, Compliance Certificates, and other import-related documents.

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order placement.

- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, production status, and shipment schedules.

- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages.

- Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and company procurement policies.

- Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, shortages, damaged goods, or discrepancies.

- Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and cost analyses.





- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers to ensure continuous supply and favorable commercial terms.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Regulatory teams for seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in international procurement, import operations, or global sourcing.

- Knowledge of import-export procedures, customs documentation, and international trade terms.

- Letter of Credit (LC), TT payments, and foreign currency transactions.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems such as Zoho, SAP, or Oracle.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
