Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduation / Under graduation (No Pursuing)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 1 year (complete 12 months) of International Customer Support experience (Voice/Semi-Voice/Chat &Email;)
- Having Technical Support Exp is an added Advantage (International BPO - Telecom Projects)
- Valuable English written communication skills are mandatory (B2 & C1 Fluency)
- Willingness to work predominantly night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Age: Below 35 years

Salary Package

- Freshers: Up to 3.5 LPA
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 5.5 LPA, based on experience and previous CTC

Work Schedule

- 5 Days Working and 2 Days Off (rotational)
- Rotational Shifts (24/7)

Transportation Facility 1-Way Cab available within a 25 KM radius (Mindspace, Hi-Tech City)

- Fresher must be graduate of B.E/B.Tech (Mandatory)
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of Content Moderation experience
- Good English written & Verbal communication skills are mandatory (B2 & C1 Fluency)
- Willingness to work predominantly night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Age: Below 35 years

Salary Package

- Freshers: 4 LPA
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 5.8 LPA, based on experience and previous CTC

Work Schedule

- 5 Days Working and 2 Days Off
- Rotational Shifts (24/7)
