IVC Group is looking for a confident, skilled, and student-focused International Interview & Language Trainer to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The selected candidate will prepare students for international university admission interviews, study visa interviews, and English communication assessments.

We are seeking a trainer with practical experience in IELTS or PTE Academic training, spoken English, and international student interview preparation.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct mock study visa interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for university admission interviews, focusing on confidence, clarity, and effective communication.
- Deliver spoken English, grammar, fluency, and pronunciation training.
- Conduct IELTS Academic or PTE Academic preparation classes.
- Help students prepare genuine, clear, and well-structured answers for interviews.
- Customize training according to students’ academic backgrounds and destination countries.
- Assess student performance and maintain progress reports.
- Coordinate with the admission counselling and visa documentation teams.




- Conduct individual and group training sessions, both online and in person.
- Develop practice materials, interview questions, and training exercises.

Eligibility and qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; English or Communication is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IELTS or PTE training is mandatory.
- Previous experience in visa interview or international university interview preparation is required.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of spoken English, grammar, and interview techniques.
- Familiarity with study abroad processes for Finland, Canada, the UK, and the USA is preferred.
- IELTS/PTE trainer certification will be an added advantage.
- Ability to motivate students and improve their confidence.
- Valuable organizational skills and a professional, student-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
