Candidates with experience in International BPO / International Inbound Sales / Voice Process / Customer Service / Sales will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle international inbound calls from customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable products/services.
- Convert inbound enquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- 16 years of relevant experience in International BPO / Inbound Sales / Voice Process.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong convincing and sales abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Working Hours
- 9-hour shift, including 1-hour break
- Shift timings fall between 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST
- Rotational shifts
Weekly Offs Leave
- 6 offs per month during the first 2 months.
- After completion of 90 days: 6 weekly offs + 1 CL (Casual Leave)
- Weekly offs will be rotational.
