Training: 3 months in Malad

Timing- Rotational shifts( night shift)

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates: 1–12 years of contact centre experience
- HSC Candidates: 18 months–10 years of contact centre experience
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 Voice Select)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working rotational and night shifts, including weekends

- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain service quality and achieve performance targets.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Meet key performance metrics and implement feedback effectively.

Fast-Track Interview Opportunity Eligible graduates with 12 months of experience and HSC candidates with 18–24 months of experience may qualify to skip the VNA round.
