We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of International Support Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customers through chat, resolving their queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide support through international process.
- Respond to customer concerns professionally and within the defined turnaround time.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.
- Maintain accuracy and professionalism while handling multiple chats.
- Meet assigned performance, quality, and productivity targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6 months to 1 year experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: Graduates / undergrads both can apply.




- Good English communication and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working on computers and handling multiple applications.
- Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 / rotational shift environment, including night shifts.
- Willingness to work from the Gurgaon or Noida location.
- Candidates with international BPO, chat support, customer service, or voice process experience will be preferred.
