International Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing (Remote)

We're a digital marketing agency working with e-commerce brands around the world, mainly on Google Merchant Center, Google Shopping and Google Ads. We're looking for an experienced business development skilled to bring in new international clients and help turn conversations into long-term partnerships.

No cold calling

This is not a cold-calling job. Our outreach is done by email: you'll reach out to leads and follow up by email. Once a client shows interest, we schedule a Google Meet call with them. There's no dialing through call lists or phoning people who haven't asked to hear from us.

What you get

- Fixed monthly salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000
- Commission: 2% – 5% on every deal you close

Your first month

Your main goal in the first month is to book meetings. You'll send outreach emails, follow up with leads, and schedule Google Meet calls with clients who are interested. After that, you'll take on proposals, negotiation and closing.

What you'll do

- Send outreach emails to potential clients and follow up consistently




- Schedule Google Meet calls with interested clients and join them to understand their business, needs and budget
- Prepare proposals, quotations and short presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
- Negotiate scope and pricing, and close deals
- Coordinate between clients and our internal team, and help onboard new clients

What we're looking for

- 2+ years in business development, sales or account management
- Experience with international clients
- Excellent written English (most communication is by email) and confident spoken English for client meetings
- Comfortable with targets and working independently
- Bonus: experience at a digital marketing agency, or with Google Ads / Google Shopping / e-commerce (you don't need to be a technical specialist)

Working hours

Fixed 8-hour shift, [6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST], Monday to Friday, to match our international clients' business hours. Work time is tracked using our project management tools.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
