Job Title: Internal Auditor

Reporting To: Internal Audit Manager / CFO / Management

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and business processes.
- Review accounting records, transactions, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk-management procedures.
- Identify control weaknesses, financial irregularities, process gaps, and potential fraud risks.
- Verify compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable laws.
- Perform stock, cash, bank, purchase, sales, and expense audits as required.
- Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial processes.
- Perform reconciliations and investigate unusual or unexplained differences.
- Prepare audit working papers, observations, and detailed audit reports.
- Discuss audit findings with relevant departments and recommend corrective actions.
- Follow up on previous audit observations and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
- Conduct periodic branch, warehouse, inventory,



and operational audits where applicable.
- Assist management in improving processes, reducing costs, and strengthening controls.
- Maintain proper audit documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
- Understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit procedures.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate financial irregularities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA / CIA or equivalent qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in internal audit, accounting, or finance.
- Experience in Tally / SAP / ERP systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
