Job Summary

Ravindra Heraeus Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to strengthen internal controls, compliance, and management systems. The candidate will be responsible for conducting Internal Audits and ISO Audits, identifying risks, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and driving continual improvement across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct internal audits across departments and functions.
- Perform audits related to ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
- Evaluate compliance with company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare audit reports, observations, and corrective action plans.
- Follow up on audit findings and verify implementation of CAPA.
- Support external certification, surveillance, and customer audits.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Maintain audit documentation and records.
- Assist management in risk assessment and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- ISO Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor certification preferred.
- CA Inter, CMA Inter, CIA,



or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage.
- 3-7 years of experience in Internal Audits and ISO Audits.
