Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for an internship/entry level opportunity in our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting, working alongside senior professionals in a agile and fast-paced environment.

This internship offers an opportunity for conversion to a full-time role based on performance, learning progress, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Help manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Perform variance analysis to identify financial trends and deviations and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Help ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.




- Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior analysts and finance teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidates must have completed their degree. Students currently pursuing their degree are not eligible.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, NetSuite, or MS Dynamics is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous internship experience in accounting or finance is a plus but not mandatory.
