At Silsilay Child Development Centre, we are an ambitious, fast-growing startup dedicated to supporting children’s developmental, emotional, and learning needs through innovative, evidence-based programs. We are looking for a proactive, driven Business Development & Outreach Intern who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting to help us expand our reach across preschools, parents, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Partnerships

- Identify and map potential B2B partners, including local preschools, daycare centers, pediatric clinics, and community groups.
- Pitch our programs and workshop offerings to school directors and administrators to build lasting strategic partnerships.
- Assist in pipeline management, lead generation, and follow-ups to drive center growth and workshop bookings.

1. Marketing & Outreach

- Develop creative marketing campaigns and collateral to raise awareness about child development and our center's offerings.
- Create content, flyers, and digital assets using tools like Canva to support sales and outreach efforts.
- Represent the center at community events, networking sessions, and open days.

1. Workshops & Program Support

- Coordinate and co-host interactive workshops for preschool educators, parents, and young children.
- Prepare presentation decks, activity kits, and promotional handouts for educational events.

Startup Admin & Operations

- Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including client intake, lead tracking, and calendar scheduling.
- Maintain organized databases for preschool leads, outreach metrics, and client inquiries.
- Adapt flexibly to diverse operational needs as our startup continues to scale.

Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
- Mindset: High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to preschool leaders and parents.
- Tools: Familiarity with basic presentation tools, Canva, and Google Workspace / Excel.
- Passion: A solid interest in early childhood education, child development, and business growth.
