Role Description The Intern Graphics Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The intern will support the design team by creating visual assets for digital and print media, including social media creatives, marketing materials, and internal communication collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in logo design and branding projects, preparing layouts, selecting typography, and refining design elements based on feedback.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements,



maintain consistency with brand guidelines, and prepare files for production or development handoff. The role also involves staying updated on design trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas and improve visual quality.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in graphics and graphic design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual communication.
- Experience or coursework in social media creative design and branding to help develop cohesive visual identities for products and services.
- Knowledge of typography, including font selection and layout, to ensure legible and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Proficiency with common design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar) and basic understanding of digital design formats.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and social media design best practices is an advantage.
