Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Interior Design Intern / Fresher who is interested in learning interior material sourcing, procurement, vendor coordination, and onsite project execution. This role is suitable for freshers who want practical exposure to luxury farmhouse interiors and are willing to travel to project sites for material delivery and submission.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing interior materials such as tiles, laminates, plywood, hardware, lighting, sanitary fittings, fabrics, and decorative items.
- Visit suppliers, showrooms, and local markets to identify suitable materials.
- Collect quotations, compare prices, and maintain material and vendor details.
- Coordinate with vendors for material availability, purchase, delivery, and follow-up.
- Purchase and transport approved materials to the designated project site as instructed.
- Ensure materials are delivered and submitted to the onsite team on time.
- Verify delivered materials against purchase requirements and report shortages or damages.
- Maintain records of purchase bills, delivery challans, samples, and material submissions.
- Coordinate with the Interior Designer, Procurement Manager, and Project Manager.
- Assist with site measurements,



material samples, and basic interior design documentation.
- Learn about material quality, specifications, pricing, and practical applications in interior projects.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc. Interior Design, Diploma in Interior Design, Diploma in Architecture, or a recognized Interior Design certification.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates seeking an internship are welcome.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence: Mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of interior materials and finishes.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to suppliers and project sites.
- Ability to plan deliveries in advance, as the project site is outside the city.
- Responsible, punctual, proactive, and willing to learn.
