Company Description

AIC-GBU Incubation Centre, established in 2018 and recognized by StartinUP (Government of Uttar Pradesh), is an ATAL Incubation Centre supported by NITI Aayog. The Centre focuses on nurturing startups, entrepreneurial initiatives, and early-stage businesses through structured guidance and resources. It offers access to technological facilities, co-working spaces, lab infrastructure, and network linkages to support innovation and growth.

Startups receive mentoring, advisory support, and initial growth funding mainly through the AIC grant to the university. The Centre provides a collaborative environment for aspiring founders and professionals interested in entrepreneurship and innovation.

Role Description

This internship role at AIC-GBU Incubation Centre is a hybrid position based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Interns will support day-to-day operations of the incubation centre, including assisting in coordinating startup programs, events, and workshops. They will help in gathering and organizing data on startups, maintaining documentation, and supporting communication with mentors, partners, and stakeholders.

Interns may contribute to basic research on startup ecosystems, drafting reports or presentations,



and assisting in the preparation of outreach material. The role provides exposure to entrepreneurship support activities, innovation management, and the functioning of an incubation centre.

Qualifications

- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation, with a willingness to learn about incubation and early-stage business support.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with startups, mentors, and internal teams.
- Basic research, analysis, and documentation skills for preparing reports, presentations, and summaries.
- Comfort with common productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and online collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a hybrid work setting in Gautam Buddha Nagar.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline; backgrounds in business, management, technology, or related fields are an advantage.
- Prior exposure to student clubs, innovation cells, or startup-related activities is beneficial but not mandatory.
