Technical Skills Required:

1. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
2. Must have problem-solving and research skills.
3. Work closely with teams to understand technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly content.
4. Knowledge of HTML, and CSS for creating web-friendly documentation is an added advantage.
5. Learn and use tools such as content management systems (CMS), authoring tools, and graphic design software for documentation.
6. Format, proofread, and ensure all content meets company standards and style guides.
7. Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, gather feedback, and brainstorm improvements
