CATIA V5 | 3DX | Teamcenter | Vis Mockup | Interiors NPD/CAD | GD&T;

Job Responsibilities

- Strong hands-on experience in CATIA V5 Part, Surface & Drawing.
- Experience in Automotive Interior Trim Design & NPD.
- Experience in developing interior commodities such as:

- Instrument Panel (IP)

- Center Console (CNSL)

- Air Vents

- Ducts

- Pillar Trims

- Door Trims
- Experience in packaging study and master section creation.
- Design and development of interior components from concept to final release.
- Experience in new part design and product development changes.
- Perform digital pre-assembly / packaging studies.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and 2D/3D drawing standards.




- Experience with Teamcenter and Vis Mockup.
- Knowledge of prototyping, manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve design issues during product development.
- Ensure CAD quality and deliverables meet project standards and milestones.
- Knowledge of benchmarking, cost reduction and design-to-cost.
- Good customer and cross-functional communication skills.
- Knowledge of 8D / Six Sigma will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech Mechanical / Automobile / related engineering.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Automotive Interior Design / NPD / CAD.
- Robust CATIA V5 experience is mandatory.
- Experience in 3DX and Teamcenter preferred.
- Immediate joiners only.
