Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior projects. This role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring all work such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, gypsum, and finishing is completed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

The Interior Site

Supervisor will monitor project timelines and quality,



manage materials and resources on site, and report progress and issues to project managers and stakeholders. The role also includes resolving site-level challenges, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision skills, including coordination of multiple trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, gypsum, painting, civil works).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Experience in managing timelines, monitoring quality, and maintaining safety and compliance standards on construction or interior sites.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Good organizational and documentation skills for site reports, material tracking, and project updates.
- Relevant experience in interior contracting or fit-out projects, preferably in commercial or corporate spaces.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Mumbai and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
