About the Role

Bludesign Tech Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day execution of interior projects. The candidate must have practical knowledge of interior fit-outs, site coordination, labour management, materials, and quality control, with the ability to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day execution of interior projects at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, ceiling workers, and other site teams.
- Ensure execution is carried out according to approved interior drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
- Check site measurements, levels, alignments, finishes, and workmanship.
- Coordinate material deliveries, verify quantities, and monitor material utilisation to minimise wastage.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, labour attendance, and work records.
- Identify execution issues and coordinate with the project manager and design team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper installation of partitions, false ceilings, flooring, furniture, electrical fittings, and other interior elements.




- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and discipline at the site.
- Report delays, material shortages, quality issues, and additional work requirements to the project manager.
- Assist in snagging, defect rectification, and final project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in interior site supervision or interior fit-out execution.
- Practical knowledge of interior finishing and execution processes.
- Experience coordinating labour, contractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and interior working drawings.
- Knowledge of materials, measurements, finishing standards, and site quality checks.
- Positive communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Candidate Requirements
- Candidates with hands-on interior execution experience will be preferred.
- Experience in commercial interiors, office fit-outs, and residential interiors is an advantage.
- Candidates must be comfortable travelling to project sites as required.
- Candidates with only civil construction experience and no interior execution knowledge will not be preferred.
