: Interior Site Incharge (Site Supervisor)

Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Incharge to oversee day-to-day site execution for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking accurate on-site measurements, marking existing site conditions and damages on AutoCAD layouts, supervising daily labor activities, and ensuring design execution aligns with approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities Site Measurement &

- Surveys: Take precise on-site dimensions and structural measurements (flooring, walls, false ceiling, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing points). Verify site conditions against architectural and interior design layouts. CAD Drafting &
- Damage Marking: Utilize basic AutoCAD skills to update existing 2D layouts with actual site measurements. Accurately mark site defects, structural damages, and layout deviations directly onto AutoCAD drawings. On-Site Execution &
- Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the daily work of subcontractors, carpenters, painters, electricians, and plumbers. Ensure all work adheres strictly to approved design drawings, material specifications, and quality standards. Material &
- Inventory Tracking:



Inspect incoming materials at the site for quality, correct quantity, and transit damage. Track material usage to minimize on-site wastage and prevent shortages. Reporting &
- Coordination: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) complete with site photographs and status updates for the Project Manager / Lead Designer. Coordinate with vendors, client representatives, and designers to resolve on-site snags promptly.

Qualifications &

Requirements Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on site supervision experience in residential or commercial interior fit-outs.

Technical Skills: Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD (drafting adjustments, entering dimensions, marking snags/damages).

Drawing Interpretation: Strong ability to read and interpret 2D architectural and interior working drawings.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant practical on-site experience.

Interpersonal Skills: Positive communication, contractor management, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
