– Interior Project Manager (Residential)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end residential interior projects from planning to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, site engineers, carpenters, and vendors.
- Monitor project timelines, quality, and budgets.
- Review drawings, BOQs, measurements, and material requirements..
- Coordinate material procurement, dispatch, and site logistics.
- Supervise civil, electrical, plumbing, and modular installation works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completion.
- Monitor project costs, collect payments, and coordinate with management.

Requirements::





- Experience in residential interior project management.
- Strong knowledge of interior execution, drawings, BOQs, and site coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Salary: As per experience and company standards

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
