Job Title: Purchase Manager(For Interior Fitout Projects)

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage the sourcing and purchasing of raw materials. The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, price negotiations, and ensuring timely availability of materials by coordinating closely with suppliers and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee procurement of raw materials to support ongoing projects
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, terms, contracts with vendors to ensure cost efficiency
- Plan and execute purchase strategies based on project needs and timelines
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers
- Visit local markets as required for sourcing and vendor assessment




- Coordinate with site teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking

Requirements:

- Should have positive knowledge of material local sourcing and rates.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of local supplier markets
- Ability to travel locally as needed
- Understanding of inventory management and procurement processes
