Role Description The Interior Execution role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves supervising and coordinating interior works at project sites, including monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include managing contractors and vendors, verifying materials and finishes, resolving in office issues, and maintaining clear communication with project managers, designers, and clients. The professional in this role will oversee timelines,



prepare basic reports or updates, support cost and resource control, and ensure interiors are completed to the expected standards within agreed schedules.

Qualifications

- Experience in interior execution, site supervision, and coordination of residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, basic construction techniques, and quality and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, layouts, and related documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for working with clients, designers, engineers, and site staff.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, site reporting, and use of standard office and communication tools.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field; prior experience in a builder or developer environment is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
