Responsibilities
- Manage interior projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients on design concepts and budgets.
- Oversee fit outs, corporate interiors, turnkey projects.
- Good knowledge of commercial matters AOR.
- Good knowledge of MEP works for better coordination.
- Key person for coordination with PMC, Client and management.
- Prepare material requirement and tracking with HO.
- Can handle team of 50-100 manpower and 5 staff at a time.
- Depth knowledge of interior execution work.
Experience of snagging and handing over.
- Fitout experience candidate will be preferred.
- Contractor experience is must requirement.
- Valuable communication skills verbal and written. Responsible for all daily correspondence to Client.
- Structural experience may pls avoid to apply.
