About the Role

Bludesign Tech Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Commercial Interiors to manage and execute commercial interior projects, particularly corporate offices and workspaces. The ideal candidate must have strong project coordination, planning, budgeting, execution, and team management skills, along with practical experience in the commercial interior industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects, including corporate offices and workspaces.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project budgets, material procurement, labour costs, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and execution requirements.
- Track project progress and resolve execution-related issues through effective coordination.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to approved drawings.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth communication between the office and site teams.
- Identify project delays, control costs, and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Ensure proper documentation, work progress updates,



snag-list closure, and final project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in commercial interior project management.
- Previous experience handling corporate office interiors or commercial workspace projects is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of interior execution, project planning, BOQs, material specifications, and costing.
- Ability to manage contractors, vendors, labour teams, and project timelines.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and interior design layouts is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking, and reporting.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must have hands-on experience managing commercial interior projects.
- Candidates with only residential interior experience or only site-supervision experience will not be preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate responsibility for project timelines, coordination, execution quality, and delivery.
- Must be comfortable working from Sector 2, Noida, and travelling to project sites as required.

Salary & Benefits ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and project-handling capability.
