Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Commercial Interiors to manage and execute commercial interior projects from planning to final handover. The ideal candidate should have strong project execution, site management, vendor coordination, and client-handling skills.

Commercial interior experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage commercial interior projects from project initiation to completion and handover.
- Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and site activities.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, HVAC, furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and project delays.
- Ensure proper material procurement and timely delivery to the project site.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors and monitor their performance.
- Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management and clients.




- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final project handover.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in commercial interior projects.
- Commercial interior project experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of interior project execution and site management.
- Good understanding of civil, electrical, HVAC, furniture, ceiling, flooring, and finishing works.
- Strong vendor, contractor, and manpower management skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict project deadlines.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and project scheduling tools will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
