We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to execute industrial and corporate interior fit-out projects, from initial planning through final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage industrial and corporate interior fit-out projects from execution to handover.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
- Coordinate MEP agencies, contractors, and vendors at project sites.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
- Conduct client and consultant meetings and manage snagging and final handover.
- Support project billing through site measurements.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in interior project execution.
- Mandatory experience in industrial interior fit-outs, including factory buildings, corporate interiors, and MEP execution.
- Ability to manage contractors and coordinate multiple trades.
- Qualification: Civil Engineering or Interior Design, subject to client confirmation.
