Role Description This is a full-time, in office Interior Designer role based in the Pune District.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards, and create detailed layouts and plans for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include site visits, space planning, preparation and review of construction drawings, selection and specification of FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors. The role also involves meeting clients to understand requirements, presenting design proposals, managing revisions,



and supporting project execution to ensure design intent is maintained.

The Interior

Designer will contribute to maintaining project documentation, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to develop functional, creative layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and experience collaborating with architectural and construction teams.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings and technical details.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination for residential and commercial projects.
- Relevant educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District, conduct regular site visits, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
