Role Description The Interior Sales and Client Relations Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This position involves managing client inquiries, conducting consultations, and guiding potential clients through Haptic Design’s service offerings and design process. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with design and project teams, tracking project progress from a client communication standpoint, and ensuring expectations are clearly set and met.

The role also requires maintaining long-term relationships, handling follow-ups, managing client feedback,



and actively contributing to business growth through referrals and repeat engagements. The Executive will work closely with senior leadership to support sales strategies, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and uphold a professional, design-conscious brand presence during meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Client Relations and Relationship Building skills to manage interactions and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to oversee client accounts and support business growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Relevant experience in interior design, furniture, real estate, or luxury lifestyle sales is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
- Comfort with on-site client meetings, site visits, and coordination with design, procurement, and execution teams.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
