About the Company

Bludesign Tech Solution Pvt Ltd specialises in interior design and execution. We are looking for a skilled and target-oriented Design Sales Executive with hands-on experience in commercial interiors and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities for commercial interior design and execution projects.
- Identify and approach corporate clients, businesses, architects, consultants, and office owners.
- Handle client meetings, understand project requirements, and recommend suitable interior solutions.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop proposals, layouts, presentations, and quotations.
- Use working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp to understand and communicate design concepts.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, follow up on leads, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, maintain client records, and provide regular sales updates.
- Coordinate with the project and execution teams after closing a deal to ensure a smooth handover.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in design sales or interior sales.
- Commercial interior experience is mandatory, preferably in corporate offices and office fit-outs.
- Previous experience in client handling, business development, negotiation, and sales closures.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Diploma in Interior Design or a relevant interior-design qualification.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to understand interior layouts, project requirements, quotations, and budgets.

Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must have both interior-design knowledge and sales experience.
- Candidates with only residential interior experience, pure designing experience, or telecalling-only experience will not be preferred.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous commercial interior projects and actual sales achievements.
- Must be comfortable working from Sector 2, Noida.

Salary & Benefits ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated sales ability.
