About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager with strong knowledge of commercial interior design and execution. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing interior projects from initial planning to final handover, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budget control.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute commercial interior projects, including corporate offices and workspaces.
- Handle end-to-end project management, from project initiation to final handover.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, timelines, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with design teams, architects, clients, vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, material procurement, and resource allocation.
- Ensure execution is aligned with approved designs, drawings, and quality standards.
- Track project progress and resolve execution-related issues within deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and profitability.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, coordination, and execution quality.
- Maintain project reports,



progress updates, documentation, and client communications.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in commercial interior project management.
- Commercial interior experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of office interiors, interior execution, materials, BOQs, and drawings.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and team management.
- Strong client-handling, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage project timelines, costs, quality, and execution independently.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and project documentation is preferred.

- Candidates from commercial interior design and turnkey interior execution companies.
- Candidates with proven experience managing corporate office interior projects.
- Professionals capable of independently handling projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
